TURNAROUND
All in stock items will be shipped 3-5 business days once an order is confirmed & purchased. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you with an estimated restock date.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING
First orders require complete payment prior to shipping. Additional terms can be arranged for future orders. We accept all major credit cards, etransfer, cheque or cash. Shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment & will be included on your final invoice. A tracking number will be provided with your final invoice via email. Orders are currently shipped via Canada Post. Local purchases can be delivered directly to your doorstep for a flat fee of $8 (please email for more information).
PACKAGING & ONLINE SALES
All True North Creative products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Bundled sets may not be broken up and sold as individuals. If you chose to sell True North Creative products online, credit must be given to True North Creative in the product description. Partnering with third party online resellers like Amazon or eBay is not permitted.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Damaged or defective items may be exchanged for replacement product or store credit. Please let us know if there are any problems as soon as you receive your order so we can replace the product. If you are
unsatisfied, please share with us your reason for return or exchange and we will address your concerns.
